		<description>I agree that a reputation is built on much more than media reports or search results.  However, negative media coverage tends to show up fast in a Google search and it has staying power. And that can damage a reputation, because people turn to Google to find out about people, products,  companies, schools and organizations.</description>

It only took a national journalist a few lines to point out the regulatory and public accusations of the company&#039;s alleged mis-selling, cartelism, vague messaging, deceptive pricing and more, such that the treasured T-word looked like well-meaning but meaningless posturing. What are the ACTIONS that will grow trust for huge utilities and other close-to-monopolies like them?  I suspect Len Oil and Clement are the kinds of people that have the answers.</description>
